With loud beeps of horns, the Mindanao State University- General Santos City Riders Association officially opened their services of Libreng Sakay this morning, August 11, to celebrate the first-day of class and welcome the students for a remarkable back-to-school experience.
The ‘Libreng Sakay’ started with a motorcycle parade by the association, showcasing camaraderie among riders wearing their respective uniforms.

With the supervision of the association president, Sir Erson Cornelio Decenorio, over 210 MSU riders were deployed in the campus premises to give free transportation services for students enrolled in MSU-GSC.
According to Decenorio, the Libreng Sakay sa unang Salvo became a tradition for the campus rider for the past years.
He also added that this initiative was to make the MSU riders association to be known on campus.
The ‘Libreng Sakay’ wrapped up at 11 a.m., providing students with free rides across campus and sparing them from the sweltering heat.
