SSC Elections ‘25: ‘ASAP!’ sweeps seats for third consecutive year

In a landslide victory, the lone student political party candidate, the Alliance of Students for Alternative Politics (ASAP!), dominated the Supreme Student Council (SSC) Elections, securing every key position including the presidency, vice presidency, and all senatorial seats.


With the results locked in last May 8, ASAP! party clinched all the council seats for the third straight year, dating back from A.Y. 2022-2023.

Ramzel Ivan Hugh Delloro was proclaimed as the new SSC President after garnering 1,174 votes, while vice presidential candidate Hazel Jane Anating, clinched the post with 1,180 votes—the highest among all candidates.


Completing the executive slate, Johnmyle Sabdula was elected Secretary General with 1,043 votes, and Arjan Vhin Alejo secured the position of Treasurer with 1,026 votes.


ASAP! also swept all senatorial seats, with Cliffjohn Arnold Salarza (730 votes), Kyle Neo Inocelda (720 votes), and Jovilly Francisco (704 votes) leading the upper council ranks. 


Other elected senators include Rhyzel Faye Magisulan (672 votes), Eden Ganaganag (668 votes), Russell Maniquez (642 votes), Carl Jude Utera (636 votes), Rhom John Seterra (623 votes), and Jun Rhei Aguilar Ugdamin (569 votes).


The proclamation was made official through the SSC COMELEC Resolution No. 10, which extended its congratulations and expressed hopes that the new leaders will serve the MSUan community with dedication and integrity.


The aforementioned elected student council officers will serve for the upcoming A.Y. 2025–2026.
